Pest Control Supervisor

About the role

The Wonderful Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead its field technicians in Dubai. The role involves coordinating treatment schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field technicians and coordinate daily pest management schedules across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, chemical application guidelines, and environmental health regulations.
• Perform quality control inspections on site treatments to ensure service delivery standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage operational records, chemical inventory logs, service reports, and site treatment documentation.
• Address client inquiries, resolve site operational issues, and provide technical guidance to field crews.

Required profile

• Practical experience in pest control operations and supervision.
• Diploma or certification in pest control, environmental health, or related field (preferred).
• UAE driving licence (preferred) and Dubai Municipality approvals or certifications (advantage).
