Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Dubai)

About the role

Mediva Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for safe medication dispensing, patient counseling, and ensuring compliance with UAE pharmacy regulations. The role is full‑time and on‑site, offering the chance to work in a collaborative community pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense and verify prescriptions, ensuring accurate dosing and appropriate medication selection.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and storage.
• Maintain pharmacy records, manage inventory, monitor expiry dates, and perform stock rotation.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to resolve prescription issues.
• Support medication therapy management and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist in the United Arab Emirates with a recognized pharmacy degree (BPharm or equivalent).
• Strong clinical knowledge of medications, dosages, contraindications, and interactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure.
