Pharmacist – Full‑Time Position in Sharjah

About the role

The Pharmacy Manager will lead the pharmacy operations in Sharjah, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and delivering the highest level of patient care. This full‑time role involves overseeing dispensing, staff management, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients as they enter the pharmacy.
• Accurately dispense medications according to physician prescriptions, maintaining proper packaging and potency.
• Assign tasks, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, fostering teamwork.
• Ensure every patient receives attentive service and no one is left unattended.
• Maintain inventory, organize medicines on shelves, and enforce strict handling procedures.
• Handle pharmacy phone inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Implement and improve quality SOPs in line with MOH guidelines, working with the Quality Manager.
• Keep all MOH documentation up‑to‑date and participate in monthly review meetings.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacist license from the relevant UAE health authority.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Willingness to support other departments when needed.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic communication is a plus.

Required skills
