About the role

The role involves providing daily administrative and operational support to the pharmacy, enabling effective service delivery to both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

Provide daily general administrative services to the pharmacy, supporting routine operations and client interactions.
Ensure effective inventory support is provided in line with standard company policies, maintaining accurate stock records.
Collaborate effectively with insurance teams to ensure accurate claim generation and processing.
Support and provide administrative assistance to quality assurance, infection control, and health and safety teams, ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements.

Required profile

Hold a Grade 12 certificate as minimum educational qualification.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a pharmacy setting.

Required skills

Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of stock control principles and inventory management.
