Phlebotomist – HealthHub Clinic, Dubai Festival City

About the role

As a Phlebotomist you will perform safe, accurate and efficient blood collection procedures while ensuring a positive patient experience. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, laboratory teams and patients to support diagnostic testing and preventive healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform venepuncture and blood collection for adult and paediatric patients.
• Collect, label, process and prepare specimens accurately.
• Ensure proper specimen handling and transportation.
• Verify patient identity and maintain confidentiality.
• Support health‑screening and preventive health programmes.
• Monitor patients during and after collection procedures.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Phlebotomist or DHA eligibility.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Phlebotomist.
• Strong venepuncture and specimen‑collection skills.
• Ability to perform blood collection independently.
• Excellent patient communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid understanding of infection‑prevention and patient safety.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Tagalog language skills highly regarded.
• Good computer literacy and documentation skills.
• Experience in outpatient clinics, hospitals or diagnostic centres.
• Experience working with paediatric patients and difficult venous access.
