Photographer and Videographer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Photographer and Videographer to create high‑quality visual content for Fairmont The Palm, a luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah. You will capture the essence of our hotel, food and beverage outlets, events and guest experiences, supporting both external marketing campaigns and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Photograph hotel interiors, guest rooms, restaurants, amenities and special events.
• Produce food and beverage imagery in collaboration with culinary teams.
• Support coverage of VIP visits, weddings, corporate functions and promotional activations.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Edit, retouch and deliver images promptly, maintaining consistency with brand standards.
• Organise and maintain a digital image library for marketing and archival purposes.
• Coordinate with external agencies, models, stylists and influencers when required.
• Maintain photography equipment and adhere to copyright and usage regulations.
• Provide visual support for internal communications, staff events and announcements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional photography experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing hotel, lifestyle, food and event photography.
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition and visual aesthetics.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to tell compelling visual stories.
