Photographer & Videographer – Seasonal Role in Dubai

About the role

Addmind Hospitality is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Photographer and Videographer to join its Dubai team on a seasonal basis. You will capture high‑quality visual content that showcases the energy of Addmind’s venues, events, and brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video content across venues, including events, performances, food & beverage offerings, and ambience.
• Capture high‑energy nightlife, guest experiences, and artist performances in low‑light, fast‑paced environments.
• Edit photos and videos to match brand guidelines, delivering publish‑ready assets with tight turnaround times.
• Colour‑grade, retouch, and format content for social media, web, and print.
• Coordinate shoot schedules with venue management, marketing, and events teams; plan shot lists and scout locations.
• Maintain and archive camera, lighting, and audio equipment and ensure all files are backed up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media Production or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of professional videography/photography experience, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event, venue and lifestyle content.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late nights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
