Physician Assistant – Dynamic Clinical Environment in UAE

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its physician‑led clinical support across outpatient, inpatient and procedural services. The organization seeks a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team delivering quality‑driven care to a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Support physicians with patient assessment, history taking, examination and care coordination within the approved scope of practice.
• Assist in outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and procedural settings, including documentation and follow‑up planning.
• Coordinate investigations, referrals, patient education and multidisciplinary communication.
• Recognise clinical deterioration and promptly escalate to supervising physicians.
• Maintain safe, ethical and professional practice in line with UAE licensing and facility regulations.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient flow optimisation, clinical audits and service efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognised Physician Assistant qualification.
• Current professional registration from home country (where applicable).
• Relevant hospital or specialty experience.
• Eligibility for UAE professional licensing through DHA, DOH or MOH.

Required skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
