About the role

The Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Manager will lead the division’s service line, standardising processes and driving growth across the assigned cluster. This role ensures efficiency, quality governance, and collaborates closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

Standardise and expand the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation service line, ensuring efficiency across business units and maintaining quality governance.
Drive innovation and integrate a collaborative R&P programme through cross‑functional collaboration with operational and clinical teams.

Required profile

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Relevant experience in hospital operations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and a current practice licence.
Licensed or eligible for licensure with the UAE Health Authority as a Physiotherapist.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
