Piling Manager

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Piling Manager to lead piling operations across multiple construction projects in the GCC. The role involves planning, executing, supervising and delivering piling works while ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full‑cycle piling operations, from mobilization and site setup to execution, testing and demobilization.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate bored piles, driven piles, sheet piles and micro piles as required.
• Review project drawings, method statements and work schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
• Allocate and manage piling equipment, machinery and manpower efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues promptly and monitor daily progress.
• Prepare progress reports, pile records, test reports and as‑built drawings for senior management.
• Lead the piling team, including engineers, supervisors and foremen, while controlling costs and optimizing resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of experience in piling works, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods, soil conditions and foundation engineering principles.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle of piling works.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with bored piles, driven piles, sheet piles and micro piles.
• Pile testing and interpretation of geotechnical reports.
• Project planning and resource allocation for piling operations.
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards.
