Pizza Chef – Full‑time position in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team at Parx cafe LLC in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high‑quality pizzas that meet our recipes and presentation standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dough, sauces, cheeses, vegetables, meats and other toppings according to approved recipes.
• Stretch, shape, top and bake pizzas consistently, ensuring correct size, portion and presentation.
• Operate commercial pizza ovens safely, monitoring temperature and cooking times.
• Maintain hygiene and food‑safety standards, following HACCP and sanitation procedures.
• Perform daily mise en place, stock rotation (FIFO), labeling and storage of ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages and assist with receiving and storing supplies.
• Keep the pizza station and surrounding areas clean, organized and well‑maintained.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely order preparation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizza Maker in a restaurant, café or hotel.
• Good knowledge of dough proofing, stretching, topping and baking techniques.
• Understanding of food‑hygiene, HACCP and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
