Pizza Chef – Italian Pizzaiolo

About the role

Sihamco is looking for a skilled Pizza Chef specialized in Italian‑style, Neapolitan and Roman pizzas to join its premium restaurant team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing the entire pizza‑making process from dough preparation to final plating in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian‑style pizzas, including Neapolitan, Roman and regional varieties.
• Mix, ferment and hand‑stretch fresh dough daily using traditional methods.
• Operate and maintain wood‑fired, gas or stone ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times.
• Slice, prepare and store toppings, sauces and cheeses while ensuring portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pizza station and comply with HACCP and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizzaiolo or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Italian pizza‑making techniques and dough hydration.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, multicultural kitchen team.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
