Planning Engineer / Planning Manager

About the role

Fisher HR is recruiting a Planning Engineer / Planning Manager in Dubai for a full-time position. The role covers planning and scheduling, progress and cost monitoring, and coordination and reporting across project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and delivery timelines, and track milestones, resource requirements and cost performance.
• Review contractor and consultant schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
• Monitor budgets, costs and expenditure against approved plans, and identify schedule and cost deviations with recommended corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction and project management teams.
• Prepare progress reports, cost reports and schedule updates, and support forecasting and reporting on timelines and costs.

Required profile

• 7-12 years of relevant planning experience.
• Mandatory experience in real estate development projects.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong analytical, reporting and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6
