Planning Engineer – Power Transmission Infrastructure

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Planning Engineer to support integrated programme scheduling, progress monitoring, schedule analysis and forecasting across multidisciplinary power transmission infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse contractor schedules.
• Support development and maintenance of the integrated Master Program Schedule.
• Perform critical path, float and sequencing analysis.
• Monitor planned versus actual progress.
• Identify schedule slippage and emerging delay risks.
• Review recovery and mitigation schedules.
• Integrate procurement and long‑lead equipment milestones.
• Prepare schedule dashboards and periodic reports.
• Support earned value and S‑curve analysis.
• Participate in milestone readiness and schedule review meetings.

Required profile

• Strong planning experience on major infrastructure, energy or utility projects.
• Advanced capability with Primavera P6.
• Proven critical‑path and schedule‑analysis expertise.
• Experience handling EPC project schedules and delay recovery plans.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
