Planning Manager - eCommerce

About the role

The Planning Manager – eCommerce will lead data‑driven forecasting and inventory planning for Huda Beauty’s global online business, partnering with commercial, finance, marketing and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business forecasting across weekly to annual horizons and drive forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain driver‑based forecasting models that incorporate marketing plans, product launches, distribution strategy and early sales signals.
• Partner cross‑functionally to align forecasts with business strategy and challenge assumptions to improve planning quality.
• Monitor launch and campaign performance, re‑forecast based on early signals and identify risks such as stock‑outs or excess inventory.
• Manage inventory health across markets, ensuring optimal availability while minimizing ageing stock.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in demand planning, business planning or supply‑chain roles.
• Strong analytical capability with retail mathematics and large dataset analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently, think critically and drive outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast‑paced international environment.
