Planning Manager for Home Centre

About the role
The Home Centre division of Landmark Group is seeking a Planning Manager to lead the planning team for Kids, Household and Furniture categories in Dubai. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional heads to shape long‑term strategy and enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate strategic guidelines, manage budgets and ensure sales, profit and margin targets are met.
- Oversee day‑to‑day planning operations, ensuring the right quantity is in the right place at the right time.
- Collaborate with buying, supply chain, marketing and visual merchandising to develop efficient processes.
- Lead seasonal planning, forecasting, budget preparation and post‑season analysis.
- Monitor in‑season performance, adjust orders, and manage stock availability.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate or graduate degree.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in home retail.
- Proven people‑management skills with ability to coach and develop a planning team.
