Planning Manager for Large‑Scale Roads & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

An urgent opportunity exists for an experienced Planning Manager to join a leading infrastructure project team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on large‑scale roads and infrastructure projects, primarily on the contractor side, and requires strong scheduling expertise to ensure timely delivery of major RTA initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update baseline project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular planning reports and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones.
• Conduct delay analysis, develop recovery programmes and support overall project delivery.
• Ensure alignment of scheduling activities with contractual and client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 + years of planning experience on roads and infrastructure projects within the UAE.
• Extensive contractor‑side experience on major infrastructure and RTA projects.
• Proven ability to produce baseline schedules, updates and detailed delay analyses.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Expertise in delay analysis and recovery planning.
