Planning Manager for Super High‑Rise Towers

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Planning Manager to lead planning and scheduling for its super high‑rise tower projects (G+60 and above) across the UAE. You will own the full planning cycle, from baseline programme creation to progress monitoring, delay analysis and recovery planning, ensuring timely delivery in line with contractual milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master baseline programmes in Primavera P6, covering design to handover for towers above G+50.
• Plan vertical construction sequencing, including core walls, slab cycles, tower cranes, high‑speed hoists and concrete pumping strategies.
• Track progress against baselines, produce weekly/monthly reports, S‑curves, look‑ahead programmes and dashboards.
• Conduct delay analyses (Time Impact, Windows, As‑Planned vs As‑Built) and prepare Extension of Time submissions.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, MEP, façade and commercial teams to align schedules with long‑lead items and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction planning experience, at least 5 years in a senior planning or planning‑manager role.
• Proven experience on super high‑rise tower projects in the GCC, preferably G+60 floors and 300 m+ structures.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and Dubai authority approval processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel.
• Experience with delay analysis methods, EOT preparation and earned‑value analysis.
• Expertise in super high‑rise construction methods, structural cycles, MEP and façade sequencing, and vertical logistics planning.
• Power BI for reporting (advantageous) and PMP or PMI‑SP certification (advantageous).
