Planning Officer – Electrical (Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planning Officer – Electrical to support offshore maintenance planning activities in the Oil & Gas sector. The role ensures efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing annual maintenance plans and budgets for offshore electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with execution teams to track planned and routine maintenance activities.
• Maintain and analyze maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Plan and optimize manpower allocation for maintenance activities.
• Monitor KPIs, progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules.
• Support analysis of reports, audits, and incident data to improve maintenance strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of maintenance experience, including 5+ years in Oil & Gas as a Planning Officer.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
