About the role

Talentspoc is seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to join its state‑of‑the‑art medical hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, enhancing patients' physical well‑being and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of plastic surgeries, including reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Consult with patients to understand their goals, provide expert advice on surgical options, and set realistic expectations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other specialists to ensure seamless operative and post‑operative care.
• Conduct thorough pre‑operative assessments to evaluate patient suitability and mitigate risks.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in plastic surgery and integrate innovative practices.
• Mentor junior staff and medical students, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to hospital policy development.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or equivalent qualification in plastic surgery.
• Demonstrated expertise in both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
