Plumber – 5‑Star Hotel in Dubai

About the role

The Plumber will deliver all plumbing and related works for Grand Mercure Dubai City, a 5‑star Accor hotel. You will ensure high‑quality installation, preventive maintenance and rapid repairs while supporting a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Execute plumbing installations, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks to the highest professional standards.
• Complete daily checklists, control workshop stock, and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the PPR plumbing team and attend departmental briefings.
• Adhere to fire, hygiene, health and safety policies and the hotel’s environmental protocols.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior staff members.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in plumbing or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
