Plumber – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The JA Hatta Fort Hotel is seeking a skilled Plumber to join its Engineering Team. You will ensure the smooth operation of all plumbing, steam and sanitary systems across the mountain‑side resort, supporting both guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing, steam and sanitary systems throughout the property.
• Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests and conduct shower‑head cleaning programs.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and implement effective solutions, following preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Inspect water tanks, monitor water outlets, rectify leaks and ensure water quality and safety.
• Read and interpret plumbing schematics and technical drawings, raise material requests and verify deliveries.
• Support Plant Operators with daily operations and plant‑maintenance activities as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or equivalent; vocational diploma or trade certification in plumbing or mechanical trades.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in 5‑star hotels, hospitals, facilities‑management companies or MEP construction environments.
• Basic computer literacy and basic English communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, steam and sanitary systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities for plumbing faults.
