PMC Assistant

About the role

The Production Management Control (PMC) Assistant will support the PMC team in coordinating production planning, material availability and inventory control to ensure smooth and timely manufacturing operations at AJT Printing and Packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating daily and weekly production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Sales, Logistics and Quality departments on production requirements.
• Monitor availability of raw materials, packaging supplies, inks, chemicals and paper.
• Follow up with Store and Procurement teams to secure materials according to the schedule.
• Prepare and maintain production planning reports, material requirement reports and daily production updates.
• Track production progress against plans and report any delays or shortages.
• Support material requirement planning (MRP) and maintain accurate records of orders, consumption and stock levels.
• Enter and maintain production planning data in the ERP system and generate Excel dashboards as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning, material control or a similar PMC role.
• Experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing environments.
• Good command of English and willingness to work in Ras Al Khaimah.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (advantage).
