PMC Construction Supervisor – Civil

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and workforce.
• Monitor execution of foundations, buildings, roads, paving, drainage systems, trenches, culverts, and underground structures.
• Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site crews for smooth execution.
• Enforce HSE requirements and company safety policies, conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Identify unsafe conditions and stop unsafe work practices.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with permit‑to‑work systems.
• Participate in safety inspections and incident investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
• PMC experience is highly preferable; large‑scale EPC/EPCM projects (CAPEX > USD 500M) required.
• Middle East/GCC project experience with Saudi Aramco, Qatar Energy, PDO, ADNOC or similar.
• At least 3+ years in a similar supervisory position and 5+ years in a PMC role on ADNOC projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications, and work practices.
• Qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
