About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Lead Civil Engineer to work on high‑profile projects for a leading client in the energy sector. The role is office‑based in Abu Dhabi and involves delivering civil engineering expertise across complex oil and gas initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide civil engineering expertise and technical guidance to the project management consultancy (PMC) team.
• Lead the civil engineering component of large‑scale upstream and midstream projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a civil engineer in the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage PMC activities.
• Willingness to work onsite in an office environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with high‑profile clients.
