PMC Project Manager

About the role

The PMC Project Manager will be seconded from Wood to support ADNOC Offshore on a major offshore Project Management Consultancy assignment. You will own the overall delivery of the project, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, contractual obligations, HSE standards, quality, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary team through engineering, construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and resources to meet agreed milestones.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE and quality management standards.
• Coordinate contractual obligations and interface with ADNOC stakeholders.
• Monitor and report project performance, risks and issues.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader in oil and gas offshore projects with a track record of delivering complex, large‑scale programmes.
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of HSE, quality and contractual requirements in the offshore sector.
