PMO Trainee – Management Trainee Program

About the role

Hitachi Energy is looking for a motivated UAE national to join its Management Trainee programme as a PMO Trainee. This full‑time role offers a structured rotation across key business functions, providing hands‑on experience in project management, process improvement and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a rotation across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR.
• Support the PMO Manager in daily portfolio governance, KPI monitoring and risk assessment.
• Prepare reports, presentations and proposals for senior management.
• Analyse project data to identify slow‑moving or high‑risk initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and digital tools, including AI use‑case identification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Strong academic record with proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, diverse environment and willingness to relocate or travel as needed.
