About the role

As a Polisher at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will ensure that all hotel surfaces and finishes are impeccably maintained, contributing to the overall guest experience. Key responsibilities

• Polish and maintain interior surfaces, fixtures and furnishings to a high standard.
• Maintain polish on high‑traffic areas such as lobbies, corridors and guest rooms.
• Inspect areas for wear, damage or stains and address them promptly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to schedule polishing tasks.
• Document polishing schedules and report completed work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while handling cleaning equipment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a pristine environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Previous experience in hotel polishing or a similar environment.
• Good physical stamina for standing and moving equipment.
