Pool Attendant – Ras Al Khaimah

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Pool Attendant at Hilton, you’ll ensure a clean and safe recreation environment while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain safety, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere across all pools and beach areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool decks, beach facilities, loungers, umbrellas, and guest recreational areas.
• Set up and arrange sunbeds, cabanas, umbrellas, towels, and beach equipment according to resort standards.
• Assist guests with pool and beach inquiries, provide directions, activity information, and facility usage.
• Enforce safety rules, report hazards, incidents, or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Support lifeguards and assist with emergency procedures when required.
• Manage pool and beach towel inventory, ensuring accurate controls.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Recreation teams for seamless operations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or University degree.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, pool, or beach operations.
• Strong commitment to guest service, safety, and Hilton brand standards.
