About the role

The Pool & Beach Attendant supports Guest Service operations at Club 104, ensuring a memorable and safe experience for guests enjoying the pool and beach areas. The role blends hospitality service with hands‑on support, helping food and beverage teams while maintaining a clean environment.

Key responsibilities

Set tables and assist the kitchen in food and beverage service for pool and beach guests.
Clean work areas, replenish supplies and keep the poolside environment tidy and safe.
Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and respond to guest requests promptly.
Follow company policies, uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
No prior experience required; experience in a food and beverage environment is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and to stand, walk and move on uneven or slippery surfaces.
Commitment to creating a safe workplace and adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
