About the role
Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property. Provide guests with information about pools, beach areas, entertainment zones, fitness centers, and child activity centers.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a fun, safe, and relaxing atmosphere while enforcing facility rules and regulations.
- Assist guests with registration, scheduling, and participation in recreation activities.
- Provide cashier services and process point‑of‑sale transactions for equipment rentals and facility usage.
- Support private functions and group events hosted within recreation areas.
- Respond to emergencies, offer first‑aid assistance, and coordinate with medical services.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and supplies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- No prior related work experience required.
