About the role

We are looking for a skilled Pool Technician to join Royal Caribbean International’s water‑park operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on maintaining water‑related equipment, ensuring water quality, and leading a team of repair technicians.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and service water pumping, filtration and monitoring equipment to keep pools in optimal condition.
Monitor water chemistry and adjust treatment processes as needed.
Supervise a team of repairmen, providing coaching, performance feedback and disciplinary actions when required.
Apply Royal Caribbean’s customer‑service standards when interacting with guests and coworkers.
Follow company policies and health‑safety regulations related to pool operations.

Required profile

Minimum five years experience in a water‑park environment, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
Bachelor of Science degree.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
Strong customer‑service orientation aligned with “The Royal Way”.
