Pool Technician

About the role

Join a hotel in the Accor network in Dubai, responsible for maintaining the resort swimming pool and water fountain network to ensure optimal conditions and guest safety.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the swimming pool, water fountain network and interior lighting, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs for pool equipment, pump stations and related machinery.
• Perform daily chemical dosing and analyze pool balance parameters, recording results in operational logs.
• Carry out minor electrical maintenance on pump stations and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.
• Lead pool attendants, maintain workplace cleanliness, and ensure safety for staff and guests.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar pool maintenance role, preferably in a luxury hotel.

Required skills

• Pool chemistry and chemical handling.
• Electrical maintenance of pool equipment.
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
