About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our poolside service team at the Dahlia pool area of Sofitel Dubai Downtown. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests enjoying the pool terrace, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Required profile
- Experience in poolside operations.
- Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
