Population Health Strategy Manager - Gulf Countries

About the role

As a Population Health Strategy Manager for the Gulf Countries, you will lead the adaptation of global screening and monitoring strategies for Type 1 diabetes across the UAE and GCC. You will work within Sanofi’s General Medicines team to shape care pathways and collaborate with public‑health leaders, clinicians and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ecosystem mapping to identify key healthcare players, hospital types, and Centers of Excellence across the UAE and GCC.
• Map referral networks linking pediatricians, GPs and specialists.
• Identify and remove operational barriers in screening and monitoring pathways for patients.
• Support new screening initiatives for early detection of Type 1 diabetes.
• Engage external stakeholders to raise awareness of the T1D pathway and build strategic partnerships.
• Build partnerships with public‑health leaders and clinical leads at key accounts.
• Design and implement care pathways collaboratively with healthcare providers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or medical experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices, with project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health or related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong presentation skills.
