Portfolio Manager – Global Fire & Lifeboat Portfolio

About the role

Survitec is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead the commercial performance, strategy and lifecycle of its Fire and Lifeboat portfolio worldwide. The role is remote and open to candidates based in the UK, UAE or Greece, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end strategy for products, services and rental offerings, aligning with Survitec’s growth objectives and the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
• Own the full product lifecycle—from concept, introduction, growth, maturity to end‑of‑life—while minimizing customer disruption.
• Set and guard pricing strategy, monitor price realization, manage margin leakage and conduct annual price reviews.
• Conduct customer, market and competitive research to identify differentiation opportunities and feed insights into product development.
• Review new offering or variant requests with Engineering, ensuring compliance with the stage‑gate NPD process and securing commercial justification.
• Support the creation of sales enablement tools and knowledge‑sharing resources in collaboration with technical sales and service teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing product portfolios in a global, industrial or safety‑focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing and executing pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product management, engineering, sales, service and operations.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor revenue, margin, mix and service attach rates.
