Portfolio Manager – Industrials (International Investment Platform)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, backed by substantial long‑term capital, to find a senior Portfolio Manager for its Industrials platform. The role will oversee performance, drive operational improvements, and act as a trusted liaison to C‑suite leaders across portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage portfolio management activities for industrial assets, including monitoring, reporting and driving financial and operational improvements.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for platform company C‑suite leadership, supporting strategic and operational priorities.
• Support deal execution and M&A teams on due diligence, structuring, and closing of transactions and co‑investments.
• Present portfolio performance analyses and recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
• Partner closely with the Head of Investments, Head of Capital Allocation and other internal stakeholders across portfolio companies.

Required profile

• Blend of investment and operational experience with hands‑on exposure to portfolio management and asset performance improvement.
• Significant private‑equity investment experience, having acted as a principal.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial sectors and transaction‑related activities such as due diligence, deal execution, financing and co‑investments.
• Exposure to Middle‑East and global markets is highly valued.
