Portfolio Operations Analyst

About the role

Jura Investment Group, a family office founded in 2021 that invests across the financial sector, IT solutions for finance and real estate, is looking for a Portfolio Operations Analyst for its Dubai office. The role is hands-on and suits someone early in their career who wants practical exposure to how a family office works with its investments.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear, structured overviews of the family office and its portfolio companies
• Collect, organize and maintain complete documentation from all portfolio companies
• Build and maintain high-quality virtual datarooms for the portfolio
• Run and manage the AI due diligence system to identify gaps, risks and improvement areas
• Monitor operational and financial performance across departments such as finance, operations, commercial and compliance
• Prepare concise summaries and flag issues or missing information for the investment team
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in family offices, private investments or portfolio operations
• Good written communication in English, able to produce clear summaries and overviews
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
• Based in Dubai and willing to work on-site in the office
• Experience in finance, operations, consulting or a related field is a plus
