Portfolio Revenue Analyst

About the role

AccorHotel is looking for a Portfolio Revenue Analyst to drive revenue growth across a small portfolio of hotels in Dubai. You will work closely with sales, reservations and front‑office teams to optimise pricing, inventory and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of 2‑3 hotels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, optimise pricing and inventory, and ensure rate competitiveness.
• Use revenue‑management tools to increase revenue and net profit.
• Coordinate promotions, merchandising opportunities and negotiated deals across distribution channels.
• Analyse weekly reports, communicate trends to sales, reservations and front‑office, and support weekly strategy meetings with market forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Business Management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of reservations management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of revenue analytics/strategy experience (highly preferred).
• Experience with Opera PMS and Sales & Catering systems.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
