Postilion Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Postilion Support Engineer to provide 24x7 support for Postilion environments in Dubai. The role involves troubleshooting transaction failures, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring smooth operation of card payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 24x7 support coverage for Postilion environments and investigate transaction failures.
• Perform root cause analysis, problem management, and coordinate incident resolution with customers and internal teams.
• Support application configuration, deployment activities, and monitor switch performance and transaction health.
• Escalate complex product issues requiring deep architectural expertise.
• Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation while engaging customers through regular onsite presence.

Required profile

• 6 to 15 years of Postilion production support experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 and card payment systems, including ATM, POS, and switching platforms.
