Postnatal Care Team Lead

About the role

Health Express is a DHA-licensed home healthcare provider in the UAE whose Mother & Baby Care service supports new parents at home with trained caregivers on 8, 12 and 24-hour shifts. Demand is growing, and the company is looking for a reliable, hands-on supervisor to lead its Dubai caregiver team. The role reports to the Growth Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and manage the Dubai Mother & Baby caregiver team day to day, and build and manage shift schedules so every client is covered on time.
• Act as the main point of contact for client concerns, resolving issues quickly and keeping families happy.
• Cover shifts personally when a caregiver is unavailable due to sick leave, emergencies or last-minute changes.
• Recruit, interview, train and onboard new caregivers, and keep a pipeline of ready candidates.
• Make sure caregivers follow care standards, visit logs and reporting, and coordinate with sales, operations and transport on new bookings and start dates.
• Own client satisfaction and retention: check in regularly, spot early signs of dissatisfaction and encourage renewals and plan extensions.
• Collect client feedback and use it to improve the service and the team.
• Send daily updates on active clients, shift coverage and availability, prepare weekly reports on performance, feedback, new starts, renewals and cancellations, and keep schedules, client records and caregiver files up to date.
• Flag risks such as coverage gaps, client complaints and staffing needs with a proposed solution.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience in newborn, postnatal or mother-and-baby care (essential).
• Medical background preferred (nursing, midwifery or a related field).
• Experience supervising or leading a caregiver or nursing team.
• A client-first mindset, with a track record of keeping clients happy and loyal.
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure, with strong English communication skills.
• Willing and able to cover shifts yourself when needed is a plus.
• Based in Dubai, with flexible availability when the schedule requires it.

Required skills

• Clear, structured reporting and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp and basic digital tools.
