PR, Communications and Social Media Manager

About the role

NAFFCO Group is looking for an experienced, strategic and execution-driven PR, Communications and Social Media Manager to lead public relations, corporate communications and social media activities across the Group. The role covers annual communication and social media planning, PR strategy, media engagement and integrated campaigns that strengthen brand reputation and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual PR and corporate communications strategy, including yearly communication calendars, quarterly and monthly plans, budgets and performance targets.
• Build relationships with media outlets and journalists, prepare press releases and media briefs, manage media inquiries and support crisis communication.
• Manage social media strategy and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms, including content calendars, community management and performance reporting.
• Plan, run and optimise paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) and prepare performance reports.
• Produce corporate communications such as leadership messages, statements, speeches, newsletters and internal comms, and support executive visibility.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, product launches and exhibitions with internal teams and agencies, and keep a structured calendar.
• Set KPIs, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, track media coverage and campaign results, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in PR, corporate communications and social media management.
• Demonstrated experience developing annual PR and social media plans and managing paid social campaigns and advertising budgets.
• Experience with media relations, press releases and external communications.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other major social platforms, and experience working with creative teams and PR agencies.
