PR Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive PR Specialist to shape and protect the public image of Dr. Scent, a premium fragrance solutions provider. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and media outlets, ensuring consistent and positive coverage across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, media platforms, and influencers.
• Secure media appearances through interviews, reports, and coverage opportunities.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases; coordinate management’s media participation at exhibitions, events, and conferences.
• Monitor media coverage, conduct sentiment analysis, and recommend actions to enhance the company’s image.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to media crises, preparing approved official statements.
• Produce monthly reports detailing media coverage, sentiment trends, and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in public relations and media management.
• Established network of media contacts and proven ability to write effective press releases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional appearance preferred.
• Proficiency in crisis management and relationship building.

Required skills

• Experience with media monitoring and sentiment analysis tools.
