Pre-Sales Engineer (AI Conversational Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a Pre‑Sales Engineer to act as a technical consultant for our enterprise customers in the UAE. You will bridge client needs with our engineering capabilities, helping to accelerate adoption of Grid.studio’s AI‑powered conversational platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical demos and presentations for enterprise clients.
• Support proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with developers to scope and implement integrations.
• Assist account executives during proposal and negotiation stages.
• Guide Dubai‑based customers through seamless onboarding and deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and strong understanding of SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to engage with C‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with AI‑powered SaaS products and the UAE enterprise tech market is desirable.
