Precision Marketing Lead - Middle East

About the role

Lead the planning and execution of full‑funnel digital campaigns across the Middle East, ensuring they align with business objectives and Precision Marketing principles. Partner with category, influencer, e‑commerce and agency teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive growth and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Define audience strategy, channel selection, KPI definition and ongoing campaign optimisation.
• Work closely with media agencies to challenge recommendations, ensure media plans meet ROI expectations and drive efficiency.
• Establish measurement frameworks, governance and performance review routines to monitor effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
• Conduct post‑campaign analyses, extract insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Recent experience in performance marketing on the brand side.
• Previous experience within a media agency is highly valued.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate marketing objectives into digital execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital campaign planning and execution.
