Premier Acquisition Manager - Employee Workplace Solution

About the role

The Employee Workplace Solution Premier Acquisition Manager at HSBC Dubai focuses on acquiring and onboarding Premier customers, achieving sales targets, providing tailored financial solutions and building lasting relationships. The role also covers managing leads, referrals and complaints, maintaining application quality and ensuring full compliance while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire quality Premier customers and deliver the assigned annual operating plan (AOP) targets for new-to-bank Premier customers
• Develop new sourcing models and build a broad, quality customer base, growing relationships through need-based selling using EDRAS techniques
• Cross-sell relevant products and recommend Premier, borrowing and revolving products during onboarding
• Generate referrals to Wealth, Mortgages, HSBC Expat and other Employee Workplace Solution businesses
• Provide structured, personalized advice and resolve complaints through the Complaint Management System, meeting SLAs and promoting remote or alternative distribution channels
• Plan customer contacts and meetings, act on CRM leads daily and manage follow-ups
• Maintain compliance, application quality and professional standards, including anti-money-laundering controls, and complete required training and support audits and control reviews

Required profile

• Relevant wealth and personal banking knowledge and strong understanding of WPB products and services
• Proven experience serving, advising or selling to high-net-worth individuals
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales or acquisition targets
• Graduation degree, as it is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit; attestation and equivalency are mandatory for certificates issued outside the UAE
