Prep Class Teacher – Cranleigh Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Prep Class Teacher to join Cranleigh Abu Dhabi in August 2026. The role involves delivering the primary curriculum and contributing to a vibrant co‑curricular programme within a state‑of‑the‑art campus on Saadiyat Island.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to all ability levels.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff and parents to support student wellbeing and academic progress.
• Organise classroom resources, displays and learning environments that foster positivity.
• Observe, assess and record student progress in line with school policies.
• Reflect on teaching practice and adjust planning, provision and curriculum as needed.
• Work with specialists such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists when required.

Required profile

• At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a primary or prep setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and families.
• Enthusiastic, imaginative and forward‑thinking approach to teaching.
• Commitment to teamwork, collaboration and continuous professional development.
