Presales Graduate

About the role

Join HPE as a Presales Graduate to build technical and commercial foundations at the intersection of technology, customer outcomes, and business impact. You will work alongside experienced Solutions Architects and Account Teams, learning how enterprise technology is designed, positioned, and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Presales, and Channel teams to support customer engagements across the full sales lifecycle.
• Translate customer business challenges into technical solution designs using HPE’s portfolio (compute, storage, networking, cloud, and services).
• Support development of presentations, proposals, and demonstrations, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Assist in solution sizing, configuration, and architecture under senior guidance.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to proof‑of‑concepts, pilots, and technical validations.

Required profile

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree (within 12 months) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• Up to 12 months of relevant experience (internships, projects, part‑time roles).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Genuine interest in enterprise technology and its business impact.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving approach.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve.

Required skills

• Curiosity about emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, data, sustainability, and security.
• Confidence to engage in discussions even when answers are not yet known.
• Experience working in teams through university projects, societies, or extracurricular activities.
