Pressing Attendant – Hotel Laundry

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Pressing Attendant to join the laundry team at Rotana Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves. The role ensures guest laundry is delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and supports the overall efficiency of the hotel’s laundry operations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
• Operate, clean and maintain pressing machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Separate garments for appropriate pressing cycles and apply correct pressing techniques.
• Handle all garments with care, adhering to pressing instructions.
• Continuously seek and apply advanced pressing methods to improve quality.
• Attend departmental trainings, meetings and multitask as required.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Vocational training in laundry operations or related field.
• Previous experience as a Pressing Attendant in a high‑volume laundry.
• Good command of English and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Customer‑focused, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Team player comfortable in a multicultural environment.
