Pricing & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Ocean Gate is looking for a proactive Pricing & Logistics Coordinator to support fulfillment, storage, transportation and shipping operations across the GCC region. The role bridges sales, operations and customers, ensuring accurate quotations and smooth logistics execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate pricing quotations for fulfillment, storage, transportation and shipping services.
• Coordinate with carriers, logistics partners and internal teams to obtain competitive rates.
• Support the sales team with timely pricing proposals and logistics solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable fulfillment and distribution services.
• Maintain pricing databases, rate sheets and service information.
• Work closely with operations to verify pricing accuracy and service feasibility.
• Monitor market trends, shipping costs and competitor pricing.
• Track quotation requests, follow‑up activities and update CRM and operational systems.
• Prepare regular reports on pricing activity and business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, e‑commerce, 3PL or supply‑chain operations.
• Background in pricing, quotations, sales support or customer service.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
